Still standing after the winds on 18 June2021

With all the wind & rain on18 June 2021 this hardly moved just reduced the height and all good relatively dry no leaking

4* Gazebo

Delivery was prompt. The gazebo seems very stout although it wasn't severely tested when we used it as there was no wind. It was easy to put up and take down because we had one person for each leg. Easy peasy. This far we are very pleased with it and think it good value for money.

Service - what service?

I was appalled by the lack of care offered by the 'customer service' team. I raised a number of concerns and issues including:1. 'What is a SKU?' - no mention of it on the website. 2. 'Why don't they address a customer by their name in responding to a complaint?3. 'Why was my parcel left feet from the pavement without a knock at the door?'4. 'Why do they act counter to their own privacy policy (paras 6.1 and 91.1)' when I wanted my details removed form their database. Their response was "we are... The product might be OK but I have no intention of using this company again. In inviting me to write a review they pushed me to speak to them first if I had any issues - well - I have been involved in a flurry of emails and and the customer service team have still not addressed my concerns.

Arrived quickly and we’ll packaged.

Ideal product at very good price. Erected in the garden easily over 2 dining tables where 10 people were sitting. Kept people dry from a short, sharp shower. Definitely needed the weights as the gazebo sat on a paved area. Recommended
