The site will remain open for customer service and return enquiries. Orders will be accepted but dispatch times are currently unknown. Can I place an order on www.aosom.ie?
Yes, you may currently place orders and the products will be held until we are able to dispatch goods to Ireland from the UK.
Any orders which are not dispatched can be cancelled for a full refund
When will you dispatch my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to give an exact date at this time. We are working hard with our delivery partners and government agencies to resume service as usual and aim to dispatch goods as soon as possible.
Will I have to pay customs?
No, any customs or import duty will be covered by us and we will handle the paper work for you.
I have recently placed an order, will I still receive it?
Orders placed before 23/12/2020 should be received before 31/12/2020. Should your item not arrive by 04/01/2021, please contact our customer services team.
Any orders placed after 1/1/2021 will not be dispatched until we have clearer guidelines from both the UK and IE governments.
Where’s my order?
You can track your order with the tracking link provided in the dispatch email. If you have not received your order by 04/01/2021, please contact our customer services team.
Can I return my item?
Yes, any orders placed will follow our usual returns procedure. If we are unable to offer an exchange, a refund will be issued
