I was very impressed with the way Aosom handled a shipping error - I received the wrong item. I was able to contact them easily and was given clear instructions about processing the return. I was assured that help was there if needed.I was offered a refund but I requested they re-order the item I needed instead. No problem. The items were duly switched by DPD within three working days.
