Whether it’s via credit/debit card or through PayPal, all orders will be held until payment is cleared. We offer free delivery on all orders within Ireland.
Dispatching orders daily between Monday and Friday, we aim to process and send out every item ordered within 24 hours. However, at times, due to unforeseen circumstances, there can be delays to your shipment. In these circumstances we will try to inform you at earliest convenience but hold no obligation towards any direct or indirect loss that might occur.
Aosom reserves the right to cancel orders with unverified card accounts and/or those associated with a third party shipping address.
From time to time, we run special promotions on selected products for limited periods of time.

All orders placed on Aosom.ie come with free standard delivery for all orders with a valid Irish address.

Please note, deliveries with Tuffnells do not come with online tracking services. Please contact Customer Services if you require delivery information.
Please be aware that the delivery driver is only able to deliver goods to the kerbside of your property and is unable to take any items or assemble it for you.
Occasionally, multiple boxes of the same order or product may be delivered by different couriers and arrive at different times. Please check all your tracking codes for up to date information.
Once your order is placed, we will send you an email confirmation containing your order number, order info, tracking number and tracking link, keeping you up to date with the whereabouts of your package. Please check your junk/spam folder if you have not received the email in your inbox.

1) When my order will be dispatched?
All orders placed on Aosom Ireland are Dispatched Within 24 Hours (except weekends and bank holidays).
2) What is the delivery time?
Ireland estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 working days.
Please check delivery time for each individual product on website.
3) How I can get confirmation about order delivery?
Once you place your order, item will be collected from our warehouse by the courier within 24 hours.
Confirmation email with order number, the tracking number and link will be sent to the customer’s email address.
Please check junk/spam email in case you didn’t get confirmation email from Aosom Ireland.
4) Will I be informed about delivery?
Yes, delivery company will provide sms message once item was handled.
*Please note, that for large and heavy items the delivery courier is contacting consignee to confirm delivery date and timing.
*Please ensure you provide a VALID CONTACT NUMBER during placing order in checkout or on your PayPal account (checkout via PayPal), so the courier can contact to arrange a specific delivery day/time.
5) Will delivery company help me to bring goods inside?
Kind reminder, the driver is only able to deliver the goods to the kerbside of your property and not insured to take it indoors, to a specific point of your property or assemble it for you.
*Please ensure, some assistance available on the day to take this furniture to your desired point of the property.
6) What if I added wrong address?
Customer is responsible to provide a correct address during checkout at the time of purchase.
Wrong address will delay delivery time. If you found mistake, please immediately contact us via email. so can help with further arrangements.
7) What if I’m not able to accept my parcel?
If consignee is not able accept delivery, the courier will deliver the goods to the next nearest neighbour or leave in secure area or return to the local depot.
Please note, Aosom Ireland unable to cover any consequential losses, if such circumstances occur or if customer filled incorrect address in the order.
8) Can Aosom Ireland change delivery address after I placed order?
Due to security reasons Aosom Ireland cannot change the delivery address once the goods have been ordered, unless customer contact and provide all details.

9) Can I refuse my delivery/cancel my order?
Consignee has rights to refuse the goods due to cancellation of the purchase, multiple orders of the same item by mistake.
In such circumstances Aosom Ireland is not able to cover the cost of return postage.
