Aosom Voucher policy FAQ
Is there an expiry date?
Yes, all vouchers come with an expiry date, visible in your My Account area.
Who can use vouchers?
Vouchers can be redeemed by all registered Aosom customers with the exception of business account holders.
How many vouchers can be used per order?
Only one voucher can be used per order. Vouchers can be used in conjunction with a discount code.
Can vouchers be used in conjunction with other website promotions?
Yes, vouchers can be used alongside discount codes. However, only one discount code may be applied per order.
Can vouchers be used on all products?
Vouchers can only be used on Aosom branded products. Items with SKUs starting with 'F-’ are third-party and not eligible.
Can I use vouchers for anything else?
Vouchers are only valid on product prices only and do not apply to delivery, installation, or other service fees.
Can visitors use vouchers?
Vouchers can only be used by registered users.
Will my voucher be refunded if I returned an order?
Once a voucher has been used, it will not be refunded or reinstated if any item from the same order is returned. You will be refunded the purchase price minus any delivery or service fees.
Aosom reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotional offers, including vouchers, without advance notice.
