Excellent.
I bought one of these last month for our back yard, I had a problem with the anchor bolts, I emailed, and the problem was fixed instantly. Great customer service. My neighbour was so impressed with it, we bought another one for our front doors between us. We have had some high winds and very heavy rain, no problems with it. Make sure you assemble it and anchor it properly.no delivery charge, One week delivery, great value, I would highly recommend it.

Great canopy. but I'm considering returning it .
Great canopy, but the bolts that were sent with it are just not good enough to hold it to the wall, I'm considering returning it. very disappointed.

We received them, everything was correct with its packaging and all the screws. There is a big metal screw with a plug that we don't understand how it is placed on the wall so we manage the thing with normal screws and plastic plugs of a lifetime. When the pieces are put together it seems a bit weak, but don't be fooled, it is very well fixed on the pated and doesn't move. Be careful with the assembly, if you get the 3-section ones like me, it is impossible for one person to do it. Then to move...

I honestly didn't expect it to turn out so well. I am very happy with the purchase and recommend them. Oh by the way it is all plastic up to the legs, but it is quite strong and resistant.

It has a mounting bracket, it's not that easy, but if you do it right, it's perfect, beautiful and consistent. It is perfectly explained in the instructions. I liked it a lot.
