Ordering with Aosom IE

All orders need to be completed via our checkout page, located at the top right of every screen. If however, you do encounter any difficulties, please ring us on 01 556 8500 or by filling out our ‘’contact form’’ and we will be happy to assist you. Whether it’s via credit/debit card or through PayPal, all orders will be held until payment is cleared.
Dispatching orders daily between Monday and Friday, we aim to process and send out every item ordered within 24 hours. However, at times, due to unforeseen circumstances, there can be delays to your shipment. In these circumstances we will try to inform you at earliest convenience.
Aosom IE reserves the right to cancel orders with unverified card accounts and/or those associated with a third party shipping address.

Order Turnaround

To ensure you get your order as soon as possible, we ship everyday Monday to Friday except Bank Holidays. There may be occassions where dispatch may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances and we will endeavour to update you should such a situation arise.

Delivery with Aosom IE

All orders placed on Aosom.ie come with free standard delivery for all orders with a valid Irish address.


Our delivery service includes:

- 24 hours dispatch (except weekends and bank holidays).
- Ireland delivery between 1-2 working days. For shipments from warehouses outside Ireland, delivery will take between 3-5 working days. Please refer to each individual product listing for more specific information.
- Next day delivery if order before 1:00pm between Monday and Friday, with orders placed on weekends being dispatched on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays) (https://www.aosom.ie/activity/next-day-delivery).

Occasionally, multiple boxes of the same order or product may be delivered by different couriers and arrive at different times. Please check all your tracking codes for up to date information.

For large and heavy items the delivery courier requires a ‘pre-delivery notice’ which means you need to give a valid contact number on your order so the courier can contact you to arrange a specific delivery day and time. Please be aware that the delivery driver is only able to deliver goods to the kerbside of your property and is unable to take any items or assemble it for you.


Tracking your order

Once your order is placed, we will send you an email confirmation containing your order number, order info, tracking number and tracking link, keeping you up to date with the whereabouts of your package. Please check your junk/spam folder if you have not received the email in your inbox. If you have any other issues, such as wrong address and refuse/cancel your order, please email us at contact us via email,so can help with further arrangements.

If consignee is not able accept delivery, the courier will deliver the goods to the next nearest neighbour or leave in secure area or return to the local depot.
Please note, Aosom Ireland unable to cover any consequential losses, if such circumstances occur or if customer filled incorrect address in the order.

Consignee has rights to refuse the goods due to cancellation of the purchase, multiple orders of the same item by mistake.
In such circumstances Aosom Ireland is not able to cover the cost of return postage. You can contact us to get a quote on the delivery charge to your location should you still decide to go ahead with the purchase.


On-time delivery guarantee

If you don't get your order by the latest estimated delivery date, our On-time Delivery Guarantee will entitle you to 10% off your next order.

To be eligible for this guarantee you must:
- place the order through a registered account
- not be a business or dropship customer

To claim your discount, you must fill out the On-time Delivery Guarantee form.
Once we have processed your submission, you will receive a 10% discount code to be used on your next order.
The code can only be used once and is valid for 3 months. It cannot be used in conjunction with other codes.

The Guaranteed Delivery Date is the final day of the estimated delivery window specified in your order confirmation email. We determine the actual arrival date using the tracking information from our shipping partner. Please be aware that our on-time delivery guarantee is fulfilled if:
- The package arrives at your address (or safe space) on or before the Guaranteed Delivery Date
- A delivery attempt is made on or before this date, even if unsuccessful
- The package is returned to the sender due to circumstances such as the recipient being absent
In essence, a timely delivery attempt satisfies our guarantee, regardless of whether you physically receive the package on that day.

The On-time delivery guarantee does not apply in the following circumstances:
- Pre-orders
- Incorrect order details
- Post-sale adjustments (change of address, leave in safe place)
- Return/exchange orders
- Unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather, strike action, national emergency. Such events will be determined at our sole discretion.
