True weight difficult to pack
The weight is true and as a rather large chested female to fit it OK and not to uncomfortable. It didn't come with the sand pre-packed in the vest though and alot were difficult to get in their section, it took a few attempts to get them in securely so they weren't falling out. Over all am pretty pleased with the vest

Great piece of kit
Bought this to add some extra resistance when doing a home workout. This was to replace one that didn't fasten securely (different brand). Comfy fit and securely fastens. Weighted bags can be removed to suit your personal preference also which is a good feature to have.I haven't encountered any issues up to now so 5 stars from me.
