If you're on a budget and looking for a cheap but still good quality dip bar then this is the one for you. I've Been using this for weighted calisthenics during lockdown, feels very secure, any minor issues that i had where fixed by wrapping a tight belt around the top of the bars which prevented the bars from shaking and if the distance between the bars is a problem for you the belt can also reduce the distance between them. Slight movement between bars when fully dipped but bar that it's fine. Really good for the price. Looks quite cool with the yellow as well.

I usually use a dipping frame in a commercial gym but due to recent events i'm having to make do with whatever I can put in my home. This was cheap enough that i didn't mind buying it and never using it again when the world turns back to normal. This is easy enough to do dips on and the handles are comfortable to use. I usually use a dipping frame in a commercial gym but due to recent events i'm having to make do with whatever I can put in my home. This was cheap enough that i didn't mind buying it and never using it again when the world turns back to normal. This is easy enough to do dips on and the handles are comfortable to use. I prefer to do dips with a reasonably narrow grip so this was preferable to some of the other models availableRows can even be done quite effectively if placing your heels on a fixed surface and this is actually one of the reasons I was swayed to buy this over others. Most units have a cross bar which prevents the placement of the head torso between the two handlesA few more bits of info:- The distance between the centre of the handles on either end is 60cm- The weight limit on the documentation is actually 120kg, not 100kg which was listed on the ad at the time i bought it- It took less than 20 mins to assemble but required tools to do so- The handles are made of some form of foam which does give way with enough pressure, although it's not the cheap kind as the surface is smooth, not a honeycomb which isn't as durable and collects dirtOverall i'm happy with the purchase but there is one negative that is worth a mention. The handles will give a bit when performing the movement, both side to side and forward/backward. I think the fact that the handles are telescopic and the cross bar i mentioned above is not placed further up the unit contributes towards this. This isn't all bad though as it makes the movement slightly harder. It can be mitigated somewhat by placing the handles closer to the ground and by placing hands further towards the front of the handles

easy to assemble and arrived earlier than expected. Feels secure enough for my weight (85kg). Though it is a bit wobbly and the screws gradually loosen over time so it requires some maintenance to keep it sturdy. Overall a good product

Too wide, hurts shoulders. I’m a qualified PT so know correct technique. Also feels a tad weak at joins (has wiggle) regardless of how hard I’ve tightened it.
