Using steel for a continually tough and stable structure as you work out, the frame is formed of two parts: the main bench and the end rollers. The bench, covered with thick foam padding to allow you work out comfortably, can be adjusted to four different angles, allowing you to work on your sit-ups and leg raises etc. at a position which is correct for you. Also covered in foam, the three-level adjustable rollers give your feet and hands a secure place to hold on to, with ropes attached to allow you to do curl ups and more. A great bit of kit for when the gym is no longer an option.
