Umgang mit Reklamation

Ich müsste mir einen neuen Bürostuhl zu legen. Lieferung sowie der Stuhl selber erst mal alles Top!!!!!!!!!!
Leider hatte ich nach 3 Wochen eine Reklamation die nicht nur sehr schnell sondern auch zu 100 % meiner Zufriedenheit
sehr unbürokratisch gelöst wurde.
