There is a micro-adjust knob to fine tune and ensure your wheel is fitted properly - no wheel falling loose. This stand works by, as you are pedalling, the internal magnet creates resistance, which is controlled by the five-level adjustment control which fits on your handlebars, allowing you to be in control of how hard it is to pedal.
