Great hyperextension bench overall, understandable instructions

I gave this a 4/5 because the only thing I would love is for the bench to be able to prop up instead of it being flat, however, I know overall it has other uses and functions. The reason why I chose this bench is because of the hyperextension feature. I've been using it almost every day since I've assembled it and I love it!
