Fairly easy to assemble.

As other reviewers have mentioned, the adjustable resistance seems to make little difference on the first few settings, however that's fine for me. Bit of a pain to set the bike up the first time, the quick detach lever on the bike was so tight I had to lever it open. It's been much easier subsequently. Works fine for me and exactly what I wanted for rainy and/or windy days.

Well made trainer

Had a different and more expensive trainer before this, but have to say this one is by far the better item. Quieter, smoother, and more controllable resistance than my previous model.

Product is fine and easy to assemble and attach cycle to once you realise that you need to a quick release axle for the trainer to fit onto. To change to quick release is not the easiest job but I managed, the extra discount eased the pain. This company’s service both on delivery and back up has been excellent
