Equipment mat
It's durable, no marks on the carpet & I can also use it for yoga & cardio + weight training.

Good Quality
I brought the larger size to go under a cross-trainer in my bedroom. I have to move the cross-trainer into position when I use it and so the mat has to be able to withstand having the cross-trainer moved about on it. I roll it up after use. It is soft but able to withstand the use and does a great job of protecting the floor/carpet. It is certainly big enough to cover the area very effectively.

Good sized May for my exercise bike, a little long but just left that part rolled up, keeps bike in place and stops any marks on the floor
