I bought the swing to replace another swing that had bit the dust, my new one appears to be better made. Sturdy. Heavier. And my wife and I really enjoy it. However, the thing that really sets this product apart is the excellent customer service. Wow! I was blown away by their desire to please.Few things in this life are perfect. My new swing had a flaw. This was during the pandemic. While most companies seemed to do away with their customer service department during Covid-19, Aosom quickly responded... Amazing value for money
Lovely sturdy seat, good value for money. As a 70 year old rubbish diy'er, I managed to put it together on my own in approx 1 hours.Only downside was the instructions .

Me llegó el Balancin sin dos barras. Me ofrecieron darme un 15% para que yo las buscara ya que ellos no tenían stock, o devolver el producto. Al final lo devolví. El producto se veía robusto, pero sin las dos barras no me servía de nada.
