Nice chair and comfortable, but I expected more cushion on sitting.
It arrived really fast but is being a nightmare to get my vat invoice (aosom doesn't send the invoice unless you ask, and doesn't reply to any emails).

Love this chair
Working from home almost all the time, I realised I spend more time in my work chair than any other chair, so I researched well and chose this chair for its soft material, high back and feet up option. I love it, neck pain is much better and, I am much more comfy. Also easy enough to assemble!

This is my third attempt to find a suitable chair for working from home, which I have done for the last 5+years, 40+ hours/week. The chair is comfortable, I am using it for 3 days now, the adjustment for the backrest is actually useful, you can stop it at a given angle so you don't topple over. The downsides are the fact that the fabric cover can't be removed for washing and the design of the armrests - I don't like "sculpted" plastic I would have preferred a modern-looking angled design. The chair is comfortable, I am using it for 3 days now, the adjustment for the backrest is actually useful, you can stop it at a given angle so you don't topple over. The downsides are the fact that the fabric cover can't be removed for washing and the design of the armrests - I don't like "sculpted" plastic I would have preferred a modern-looking angled design. But the core is metal so they are load-resistant enough. The extra extended leg rest is not so much useful but it is usable only if you can balance your legs so they will actually rest on it. There are no squeaks while rotating or changing the balance on it, at least not so far, the other model I had were doing that from day 1. I have around 120 kg so the test is quite ok.
Transport: the box was a bit torn and did not have any means to easily carry it(no handles). The support was unable to tell me what material is used for the cover or if it was removable for washing or not. I think those are basic details that must be available. Put away
