we are still corresponding with your office to resolve the problem of the Bar stools received. the wings on the seat reduce the seating capacity quite a lot, they also press into the HIp joint which is very panful making them very uncomfortable, I have asked for things that you have not replied to and I will re-iterate that in an email shortly. I thank you most sincerely for your co-operation and do hope we can come to a satisfactory conclusion with the right stools supplied by your good selves....
