I followed the instructions, I had no issues with misaligned holes. I had to step back a few times and make sure I had the correct pieces placed the right way. There are a lot of parts that are close but, be patient take a breath and you'll see it does come together. I did deviate from the instructions a couple of times, I assembled the side walls and back wall and only needed help standing up and connecting the corners and had to have help getting the bolts tightened.
